Body Work is a gentle, guided movement practice rooted in somatic and movement-based traditions. We explore the body with curiosity and care — through slow movement, breath, and natural contact with others. No experience needed. No right or wrong. Just show up.

Group size: Minimum 6 participants per class
September: 8, 9, 22, 23
October: 7, 14, 21, 28
November: 4, 11, 18, 25
December: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Price: 15–25 € per class (sliding scale)
Full season pass (17 classes): 220 €, 255 €
Should a class need to be cancelled for any reason, the session will either be rescheduled at a time that works for everyone, or the amount will be deducted from your total.
