This Refund, Return, and Payment Policy outlines the procedures for payments, refunds, and late fees for services, events, and activities organized by "Motion Mode of Dialogue in Tyrol - Association for Visual and Performative Kunst". By using our services or participating in our events, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment for event registration fees, program fees, donations, and other services:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Bank Transfers
- Cash payment
Payments must be made in full at the time of registration or by the invoice due date. All prices are listed in (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Invoice Payments
If you are issued an invoice for services, event participation, or other fees, payment must be made within the due date specified on the invoice.
- Invoice Due Date: The standard payment term is 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If payment is not received by the invoice due date, a penalty fee will apply in accordance with Austrian law (§ 456 UGB). The penalty fee is calculated at 9.2% per annum above the base interest rate on the outstanding amount, and it will be applied from the day after the due date until the full payment is received.
- Penalty Fee: 9.2% per annum, calculated daily on the overdue amount.
- Late Payment Notice: A reminder notice will be sent if payment is not received by the due date. Continued non-payment may result in additional legal action to recover the debt.
Event Registrations
For event registrations and participation fees, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation by User:
If you cancel your registration for an event:
- Full refunds are available if the event was canceled by a third party or within political or social events.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 10 days after registration. If you made registration less than 10 days before the event, the cancellation fee is not applicable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made if you preregister to the event.
Cancellation by Us: If we cancel or postpone an event for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another event of equal value.
Workshops and Programs
Refund policies for workshops or longer-term programs may vary. Specific refund policies will be communicated during the registration process for each program.
If we offer any merchandise, publications, or materials for sale, the following return policy applies:
- Return Period: You may return items for a full refund within 5 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, downloadable content, and customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
